Enjoy this video, but please note that there is alot of WRONG information out on the web and YouTube! These little guys are VERY easy to care for and all the MOST lovable pets EVER!!! They love children and pets and the place where I got mine, has this 15 year proven diet that takes no more than 5 minutes to set up each night! (no live bugs!) Yes,  3 out of 10 can be biters (but you can break the habit and it really does NOT hurt- neither of mine are bitters!) They also teach you how to make a dining room so that the cage stays nice and tidy! If you have questions or want more info, I recommend you going to Pocket Pets. Update on Flacco and Giselle!

Well, It's been almost 3 weeks now! And boy have we had fun! They are really hard to tell apart now!

They have been to see Santa, they've been to the movies, they visited both of our families on Christmas Eve and Day! We did leave them home for church - wasn't quite ready for that! 

Drew loves all the attention he gets when he brings them along!  Everyone wants to know what they are! He is a true experts now and can tell you all about them!  They are growing big, I notice it most in their ears!

I am going to attempt to upload a video to YouTube for the first time so you can see these little guys in action! Check back soon!

Christmas came early for the Spinelli children!

Please join me in welcoming my kids first pets! Flacco (left)& Giselle (right)

What are they you ask? They are Sugar Gliders also known as Sugar Bears! They are about 9 weeks old and the cutest and loving creatures! For more info you can check out Pocket Pets website. If you decide to get one, don't forget to mention my name!!! (They might just sent me a free glider toy or something!) . These guys would not leave their "dining room" so I had to take the lid off to coax them out! They are probably thinking, "what is in the world is this giant trying to wake us up for!"

You can see Drew here letting Flacco lick peach syrup (a yummy treat!) off his finger! And in the picture below, the first time Drew held his baby!

These guys are fun for the whole family! They live 12-15 years and bond to you forever! You can teach them tricks and they will learn their names!

My son has started a scrapbook to journal this experience of raising a sugar glider! It will be neat to watch both of them grow together. As for Alexandra, she can actually call them by name and loves to gently pet them. Their fur is soft like mink!
